HM PRISON PARC provides protection with perimeter security specialists

To ensure that all appropriate security standards are met, Bridgend Custodial Services has installed a number of road blockers, barriers and gates manufactured by Frontier- Pitts Limited of Crawley, West Sussex at the vehicle entrance and exit to H M Prison Parc.
The prison in Bridgend is the first privately funded and operated prison to open in the UK, the main shareholders in the company being Securicor, Costain and Skanska.

HM Prison Parc has a maximum capacity of 800 pnsoners, the majority of which are category B offenders.
Bridgend Custodial Services is contracted by the government to supply the prisoner services, and carries out the daily operational requirements

Frontier-Pitts' range of products installed at the site, part of a contract worth approximately £100,000, include bi-folding gates, low tracker sliding gates, and Frontier's high security road blockers, all interfaced to HMP's integrated control system.
